Message from our Founder

The idea for Storychest began a few years ago when as a mother of three young boys, juggling working life and family life, I struggled to find a way to meaningfully capture the joyful moments that seemed to so swiftly pass by. Years on, now with three teenaged boys, I look back on my Storychest ‘time capsule’, moments captured and memories reinforced, with real delight.

As an expat Australian living in England, I have been able to privately share our family life here with those who are closest to us, yet so far away. It has meant that even with significant time spent apart (notably most recently during Covid), we have been able to share what matters.

I hope that you, too, find Storychest to be a safe and precious place to keep your family memories, and as you build your stories, I hope that you find as much enjoyment as I do in looking back on them.
